The Committee for Graduate Employment was created in February 2010 by the Prince's Government.  It meets the Sovereign Prince's wish to keep the intellectual wealth of young people in the Principality and enable expatriate graduates to return to Monaco.

On Wednesday 9 January 2019, the Committee for Graduate Employment met for the 9th consecutive year to present a report of its activities and decide upon the activities to be undertaken in 2019.

At this meeting, Mr. Didier Gamerdinger recalled that access to employment for young graduates, which is under the authority of the Minister of Health and Social Affairs, is central to the concerns of the Prince's Government. "We must prepare our pupils and students as well as possible for their future professional life and their choice of career and inform them about promising sectors, in order to improve the organisation of the study/work symbiosis, for better integration into the world of business."

He also thanked the Members of the Committee for the productive exchanges that, since 2010, had helped to enrich the activities offered by the executive unit, which are always for the benefit of young graduates.

Ms. Muriel Bubbio, Head of Mission at the Committee for Graduate Employment, highlighted the particularly positive results for 2018, "I hope the CID will become a tool that young people can use in their research.  The CID is the interface for this new version of the employment programme.  It enables businesspeople to increase their economic and social impact in the Principality, in particular through job creation.  As for the  young graduates, they arrive with reference points that speak to businesses."

The CID brings together the best that young people and businesses in Monaco have to offer, and always with job opportunities based on competence.
