Didier Gamerdinger, Minister of Health and Social Affairs, wished to meet Monaco's medical and pharmacy students from the 1st to the 8th years to raise their awareness of the medical and pharmaceutical specialities that are likely to arise in the Principality, currently or in the coming years, both in city practices and the Principality's health establishments.

The Minister thus spoke with 11 medical students and two pharmacy students from the Principality.  He invited them to have discussions in the presence of representatives from the Order of Doctors, the Order of Pharmacists, the Management of the Princess Grace Hospital, the Department of Health Affairs and the Committee for Graduate Employment, so as to enlighten the students on the professions of the future.

Didier Gamerdinger stated that "students represent the future of our health system.  With this meeting, I wanted to tell them about the future career prospects that will be open to them in the Principality in the coming years.  We will continue to support them in a positive way."
