Collège Charles III introduces a school uniform to promote equality and a positive school environment
From February 2026, all pupils at Collège Charles III will wear a school uniform. The decision, supported by the Prince’s Government, builds on the approach already in place in Monaco’s primary schools.
The aim is to strengthen the pupils’ sense of community, encourage a calm learning environment, and foster pride in the school.
The starter pack includes seven items: four short-sleeved polo shirts, two hoodies and one cap, in burgundy and navy blue. The pack costs €140 and can be collected from the school. Home delivery is also available, with postage paid by families. Additional items can be purchased individually.
Pupils are free to choose their own trousers or skirts, which should be in dark colours to keep a consistent look.
By introducing a school uniform, Collège Charles III is reaffirming its commitment to a shared school identity, a strong sense of belonging, and pupil well-being.
