Exhibition “Architecture in Philately: A Story in Miniature”

Witness to the past, celebration of heritage, artistic expression or commemorative tribute, every stamp tells a story – that of a monument, a place or a period – inviting visitors on a visual and historical journey through time.

From 4 October to 31 December 2025, the Museum of Stamps and Coins in Monaco will present a new thematic exhibition entitled “Architecture in Philately: A Story in Miniature”.

Through a selection of 120 rare and exceptional philatelic pieces, visitors are invited to (re)discover the key stages in the Principality’s architectural development, from historic heritage to contemporary creations. More than simple postage, these stamps reveal a subtle dialogue between art and technique, memory and modernity.

To mark European Heritage Day, which will take place on Sunday 5 October 2025, the museum will offer visitors free mediation.
