Pass’Sport Culture: Membership Now Open for the 2025–2026 School Year
The Pass’Sport Culture programme offers Monegasque nationals, residents or students in Monaco aged 11 to 25 the opportunity to take part in cultural and sporting activities during the school holidays.
Developed by the Department of Education, Youth and Sport, in partnership with the Department of Cultural Affairs and numerous Monegasque associations, the scheme is a genuine driver of personal development and promotes access to a wide range of activities within a structured framework.
To take advantage of the programme from the All Saints’ holiday onwards, applications for the 2025–2026 school year can now be submitted. Membership may be completed:
- Online, via the dedicated digital platform at loisirsdenjs.gouv.mc (for those already holding an active account with the Prince Albert II Leisure Centre or Pass’Sport Culture). The process is now fully paperless, allowing applicants to edit and sign PDF documents directly without the need to print them.
- In paper format, by submitting the application to the CIEN or by sending it by e-mail to passsportculture@gouv.mc . Forms are available on site and online at: https://monservicepublic.gouv.mc/en/themes/education/extra-curricular-activities/teenagers/how-to-register-for-the-pass-sport-culture
The launch of this online service is part of the drive for administrative simplification under the Extended Monaco programme, which is modernising public services through digital technology. This solution enables users to complete procedures in just a few clicks, independently and securely.
Once the administrative registration has been completed and validated by the competent authorities, young people will receive a membership card for the current school year. They will then be able to enjoy a rich and varied programme of sporting and cultural activities during the holiday periods.
The activity programme will be available online around 15 days before each holiday period. Registrations for activities may be made in person at the CIEN, but also by telephone or e-mail.
For any questions or further information, CIEN remains available.
