State-Owned Commercial Premises for Rent Located at Larvotto, on the ground floor of the “Palais de la Plage” building

The State Property Authority is offering for rent two commercial premises delivered as shell and core, located in the “Palais de la Plage” building, 37 avenue Princesse Grace, Monaco.

These units, intended exclusively for retail activities – excluding any food and beverage business – are as follows:

- Lot 1 : a ground floor retail unit of approximately 124 m², with a storage area in the basement of approximately 52 m² (no direct access from the unit).

- Lot 2 : a ground floor retail unit of approximately 166 m², with a basement storage area of approximately 136 m² (with direct access from the unit).

Application files, available for download at monentreprise.gouv.mc, must be submitted in full no later than 12 noon on 17 October 2025 (deadline strictly enforced):

by post (postmark serving as proof), or
by hand delivery to the State Property Authority, 5 Promenade Honoré II – Hall A, open Monday to Friday, from 9.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Site visits will take place without appointment, on the following dates and times:
