Infotel Monaco SAM Certified as a Trusted Service Provider for Its Arclib Electronic Archiving Service by the Monaco Cyber Security Agency

The Monaco Cyber Security Agency (AMSN), the national authority responsible for information system security and the supervisory body for the Principality’s Trusted Service Providers (PSCo), today awarded the Trusted Service Provider qualification to Infotel Monaco SAM for its SaaS-based electronic archiving solution, Arclib.io.

Obtaining PSCo qualification demonstrates compliance with the most stringent standards in terms of security, authenticity, confidentiality and integrity of digital archives, in accordance with current regulations in the Principality.

As a Third-Party Archiver, Infotel Monaco SAM provides a solution whose legal value is equivalent to that of physical documents, ensuring their long-term preservation and the traceability of archiving processes.

The PSCo qualification was officially presented by Frédéric FAUTRIER, Director of the Monaco Cyber Security Agency, to Fabrice VERDIER, Director of Infotel Monaco SAM, on 17 September 2025. It constitutes a cornerstone of the national strategy for building digital trust and protecting sensitive data.

Through this initiative, Infotel Monaco SAM reaffirms its commitment to supporting Monegasque organisations in ensuring the security, compliance and optimisation of their digital assets, thereby contributing to the long-term resilience and trust of the Principality’s digital ecosystem.
