Two new positive cases on Friday

Two new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded in the Principality on Friday 14 August.

This brings the Principality’s total number of coronavirus cases to 146.

One patient was discharged from hospital. As of this evening, two patients remain hospitalised at Princess Grace Hospital.

No new recoveries have been reported, so the total number of people who have recovered still stands at 114.

This evening, 13 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.

It should be noted that those tested and hospitalised are not all residents of the Principality.
