COVID-19: three new positive cases on Monday 24 August 2020

In accordance with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this area, daily updates will now report coronavirus cases among residents only.

Three new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded today.

This brings the Principality’s total number of coronavirus cases to 115.

This evening, three people, including one resident, are being treated in hospital. The resident is in intensive care.

The total number of people who have recovered is 84.

Twenty-six people are currently being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.
