COVID-19: six new positive cases and one recovery reported on Tuesday 25 August 2020

In accordance with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this area, daily updates now report coronavirus cases among residents only.

Six new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded today.

This brings the Principality’s total number of coronavirus cases to 121.

One non-resident has been hospitalised at Princess Grace Hospital this evening.

A total of four people, including one resident, are being treated in hospital. The resident is in intensive care.

Following one recovery today, the total number of people who have recovered is 85.

This Tuesday evening, 31 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.
