COVID-19: five new positive cases and three recoveries this saturday 29 august

In accordance with the practices adopted by the World Health Organisation and neighbouring countries in this area, daily updates will now report coronavirus cases among residents only.

Five new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded on saturday 29 August 2020.

This brings the Principality’s total coronavirus cases to 130.

Three people, including one resident, are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital. The resident is in intensive care.

Three recoveries has been reported today, therefore the total number of people who have recovered is 89.

This Saturday evening, 36 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with mild symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.
