CORONAVIRUS – No new positive cases on Wednesday

This Wednesday, 3 June, no new positive cases of COVID-19 were identified in the Principality.

The overall health figures for the Principality therefore remain at 99 people affected by the Coronavirus.

The total number of people who have recovered still stands at 90 today.

As of this evening, one person is hospitalised at Princess Grace Hospital in a conventional inpatient department.  Thus, there are no longer any patients in intensive care.

It should be noted that those tested and hospitalised are not all residents of the Principality.

In keeping with the principle adopted by the health authorities in the Principality of Monaco, only patients with severe COVID-19 symptoms are being hospitalised.

People with mild symptoms are asked to self-isolate at home while being medically monitored.

As of today, two patients are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre.
