CORONAVIRUS : No New Positive Cases Were Identified in Monaco this Friday, a Further Six People Have Recovered

No new positive cases of COVID-19 were identified on Friday 24 April.

The overall health figures for the Principality therefore remain at 94 people affected by the Coronavirus.

Six more people, compared to yesterday, have recovered.

This therefore brings the total number of patients who have now recovered to 41. 

Two people are receiving treatment in hospital, both of whom are in intensive care.

It should be noted that the people tested and hospitalised are not all resident in the Principality.

In keeping with the principle adopted by the health authorities in the Principality of Monaco, only patients with severe COVID-19 symptoms are being hospitalised.

People with mild symptoms are asked to self-isolate at home while being medically monitored. 

To date, 48 patients are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-up Centre.
