Junior Economic Chamber Monaco Breakfast Meeting: H.E. the Minister of State Awards the "Monaco Welcome Certified" Label to 50 Monegasque Businesses
This morning, at a breakfast meeting organised by the Junior Economic Chamber of Monaco (JCE) on the theme of the welcome given in the Principality, H.E. the Minister of State personally congratulated 50 businesses that had recently obtained the "Monaco Welcome Certified" label for the excellence of their welcome and their commitment.
At this event, H.E. Mr. Michel Roger recalled that the welcome offered involves everyone and is everyone's business, and that in a world that is becoming more and more competitive and connected, constant re-evaluation is necessary.
Among the label-holders present were shopkeepers, restaurateurs and hoteliers, as well as bankers, professionals, consultants, etc. All took part in the labelling process on a voluntary basis and completed an online self-assessment questionnaire on the Internet relating to their field of business. Each then received a visit from a mystery client, who validated the awarding of the Label. The Label was awarded for a period of three years, during which time a monitoring visit will take place.
At this meeting, the Minister of State recalled that the "Monaco Welcome" plan is aimed at all economic players in Monaco, whatever their area of activity. Its objectives are to recognise, enhance and support the quality of the welcome given in the Principality so as to offer a "Made in Monaco" welcome.
