The State-Owned Apartment Exchange Register Evolves on MonGuichet.mc with a New Simple and Secure Online Service and Enhanced Features

The register for exchanges of state-owned apartments, previously available via the “Mon Espace Domaines” portal, has now been integrated into the MonGuichet.mc platform.

This update allows users to register online directly through a simple and secure online service. It represents a tangible step forward in administrative simplification, fully aligned with the objectives of the National Housing Plan.

Individuals concerned — residents of state-owned housing and tenants who have accepted a new apartment — can now:

• Register online,
• View available offers,
• Manage their exchange project directly from their personal area on MonGuichet.mc.

Accessible with a unique MonGuichet ID or via MConnect (for users with a digital identity), this new version offers significant time savings and multiple advantages to simplify procedures and enhance the user experience:

• A modern, secure interface integrated into a centralised portal,
• Advanced search criteria to refine results,
• Personalised indicators (such as the number of views for one’s listing or the number of search appearances),
• A notification system to inform users when their listing has been added to favourites,
• Simplified annual renewal of registration with a single click,

Users who prefer to do so may still use the paper form.

This project is the result of close collaboration between the Housing Department and the teams of the Digital Transition Office, particularly the Digital Services Department, as part of the Extended Monaco programme.

It reflects the Prince’s Government’s determination to make public services more accessible, simpler and more efficient — at the service of all users.
