Albert II Water Sports' Centre reopens
During the heavy rain on the night of 24 November last year, a cast iron support beam gave way, resulting in the collapse of a rainwater drainage pipe. This caused rainwater to be discharged into the pool at the Albert II Water Sports' Centre.
The Centre was closed immediately and thorough repair and safety work was carried out.
This work has now been completed and the Centre is currently undergoing a deep clean.
As a result, the Albert II Water Sports' Centre will reopen to the public on Monday 4 February.
