Simpler, faster, more convenient : Monegasque nationals can now apply for National Housing Aid online

© Direction de la Communication / Manuel Vitali

As part of the drive to modernise public services, the Housing Department has joined forces with the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition to launch a new online service for Monegasque nationals applying for National Housing Aid (ANL) for the first time, or making a new application after moving home.

The service can be accessed via the MonGuichet.mc portal, and lets applicants upload all the documentation and information needed, easily and securely.

It includes a range of features designed to make the process easier:

  • You can save your application as a draft and return to it later to upload the required documents.
  • The forms will be prefilled with your personal details if you sign in to your MonGuichet.mc account.
  • You can give someone else (e.g. a relative) permission to complete or view your application.
  • Communication with the Housing Department is made simple, so your application can be processed more quickly.

The current version of the service is exclusively for first-time applicants and people making a new application after moving home. It will soon evolve to allow claimants to review their housing aid applications and benefits every year, providing a complete A to Z online service.
