The 93rd Interpol General Assembly was held in Marrakech, in the Kingdom of Morocco, from 24 to 27 November 2025, bringing together 170 national delegations.
The Principality of Monaco was represented by Éric Arella, Police Commissioner and Head of the Monaco National Central Bureau (NCB); Émilie Moreau, Police Superintendent and Head of the Criminal Investigation Division; and Pierre Wioska, Police Captain and Head of the International Cooperation Unit.
The General Assembly, Interpol’s decision-making body, adopted a significant number of key resolutions and held various thematic sessions, round tables, technical demonstrations and bilateral meetings.
Following the elections for the Executive Committee, Lucas Philippe, representing France, took over from Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi as President of Interpol for a term of four years.
The event offered an opportunity to engage in strategic, operational and institutional discussions focusing on the future of international police cooperation, the development of Interpol’s technological tools and several planned reforms to the texts that govern Interpol, the International Criminal Police Organization.
