New: streamlined appointment booking with Monaco Business Office (MBO)

To improve business support and streamline the process, the Monaco Business Office is introducing a new appointment booking service. The service has been designed to help users organise their appointments and ensure optimum preparation ahead of meetings.

Using this digital tool, it is now possible to select the desired timeslot and the reason for the meeting in a matter of moments. This means that support can be tailored to individual circumstances.

These changes are part of a drive to modernise public services, which is being led jointly by the Business Development Agency and the Digital Transition Office.

The main advantages are as follows:

• Bookings can be made at any time via a dedicated platform
• Immediate email confirmation plus an automated reminder sent by text message
• Ability to select the reason for the appointment depending on need (starting a business, formalities, support, etc.)

The service is aimed at all entrepreneurs, agents and project leaders who would like to arrange a private discussion with the Monaco Business Office.

The booking procedure has several steps:

1. Access the booking platform (via monentreprise.gouv.mc )
2. Choose an available timeslot
3. Specify the reason for the appointment
4. Receive confirmation (email plus text message reminder)
5. Come along on the agreed date and time, bringing the necessary documents with you
