7th Session of the Youth Advisory Committee

The seventh session of the Youth Advisory Committee was held at Lycée Rainier III on Thursday 13 November, chaired by Mr Lionel Beffre, Minister of the Interior.

After the meeting was declared open, the members representing each of Monaco’s youth associations introduced themselves. They then proceeded to review implementation of the actions agreed at the previous session, on school life, health and careers guidance.

The session also offered an opportunity to present details of the official travel undertaken by Monaco’s youth representatives, including to the Council of Europe Youth Forum in Malta and the 14^th UNESCO Youth Forum in Samarkand (Uzbekistan). Discussions then moved on to the outlook for 2026, with a view to setting out new priorities and looking at the formation of working groups.

In conclusion, Mr Lionel Beffre and Mr Jean-Philippe Vinci, Director of Education, Youth and Sport, praised the commitment of the young participants and reiterated the importance of their contribution to the Committee.
