Traffic Flow in the Boulevard du Larvotto during the 2017 Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters

In connection with the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters tennis tournament, for reasons of security, the French Authorities have issued a Municipal Decree banning vehicles with a gross authorised loaded weight (GVW) of more than or equal to 3.5 tonnes from using the Avenue Princesse Grace, from the Saint Roman interchange to the border of the town of Roquebrune Cap-Martin and the Principality of Monaco (Monte Carlo Bay).

Due to the introduction of one-way traffic in the Boulevard du Larvotto, because of parking for coaches carrying spectators of the tournament, this French measure stipulates that vehicles with a total authorised weight of more than or equal to 3.5 tonnes will be forbidden from using the Boulevard du Larvotto from 15 to 23 April 2017, every day from 8.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m., with the exclusion of coach operators for the event.

Exemptions from these provisions may be granted in exceptional cases.  To benefit from such an exemption, an application should be made in advance to the Integrated Mobility Management Centre (CIGM) on 98 98 85 21 or the Central Operations Command (PCTO) on 93 15 32 06.

The Government Departments thank you for your understanding.
