The forthcoming Monaco Spring Arts Festival ("Printemps des Arts"), which will take place from 17 March to 8 April 2017 under the Presidency of H.R.H. the Princess of Hanover, was presented at the Munich Press Club on 1 February 2017.

Monaco Tourist and Convention Authority (DTC), represented by its Director, Guillaume Rose, and Corinne Kiabski, Director of the Press Service, took part in this campaign, accompanied by staff from their new Munich-based representative office, who are responsible for promoting "destination Monaco" in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This event was organised by Sophie Verdure, who is responsible for the international press and for musical excursions during the festival, with the support of Justyna Weber (Munich Global Communications), who is a member of the "PresseClub München," and a loyal supporter of the festival, having taken part in several press trips.

The Monaco Spring Arts Festival is renowned in Monaco and throughout the region, but deserves to be better known by foreign audiences, which are more and more numerous in Monaco.  For several years, with the support of the DTC, the festival has been increasing its promotional activities with the international press, and also with tour operators, by encouraging them to organise musical excursions in Monaco during the festival's four long weekends of concerts.

For the first time at the "PresseClub München," the Monaco Spring Arts Festival was showcased to almost thirty cultural and tourism journalists, who were surprised and delighted to have discovered a festival that is both atypical and of high quality.

Following a video presentation with a commentary in German by Sophie Verdure, a discussion forum was held, enabling all the participants to discuss the Principality with Guillaume Rose and Corinne Kiabski.

A Mediterranean-style cocktail party brought this event to a close in a convivial atmosphere.
